On Sunday, December 12th, 2021, Rotary Club of Bangkok will organize a fun and fruitful outdoor event for Rotarians, families and friends with details as follow:
Event Name: “A Walk in the Park@Suanluang Rama 9”
Date: Sunday, 12 December 2021
Time: 9.00 -11.30 am
Organizer: RC Bangkok in collaboration with Suanluang Rama 9 Park
Expecting Participants: 120-150 Rotarians, families and guests
Event Details:
8.30 – 8.50 – Registered Rotarians, families and guests meet at starting point
8.50- 9.00 – Opening remarks by Presidents. Photo session
9.15 – 10.30 – Walking starts, Garden tour (on Tram) starts (itineraries will be provided in the event brochure)
Participants can enjoy other special activities i.e. Drone Photographing, SUP (Stand Up Paddle Board) show in the Lake
10.30-11.30 – At the end of the walk/garden tour, guests can buy varieties of beautiful pots of flowers/plants provided by Suanluang Rama 9 Park. All plants and flowers are grown by Suanluang garden team.
The objectives of this event:
1 – Promote Rotarians health and wellbeing by walking and exercising while enjoying the 500 Rais (198 acres) of a very well-designed Suanluang Rama 9 Park decorated with tropical flowers, exotic plants and many big trees.
2 – To promote green environment in Bangkok by supporting Suanluang Rama 9 park and other green areas/public parks.
3 – Micro-fundraising for RCB charity projects. Part of the net proceeds will go to Suanluang Rama 9 Park and the rest will be used for RCB charity projects.
We are delighted to invite interested Rotarians/individuals/corporate to support this event by choosing the following options:
- Be the Main Corporate Sponsor – 50,000 Baht in cash with benefits include: show logo at starting point and in all PR materials of the event. Booth of products/service show at the starting point. 4 tickets (for adults@1,000 Baht each)
- Be a Corporate Sponsor – 20,000 Baht in cash with benefits include: show logo at starting point and all pr materials. 4 tickets (for adults@1,000 Baht each)
- Be our Individual Donors
- Donate 10,000 Baht: recognition in RCB bulletin and website (receive 3 adult tickets@1,000 Baht each), and tax deductible receipt
- 5,000 Baht, recognition in RCB bulletin and website (received 2 adult tickets@1,000 Baht each) and tax deductible receipt
- Or register to join the event (@1,000 Baht for Adult, 500 for children, and free for children below 12.
Registered Participant will receive a complimentary bag of goodies plus unlimited fresh air and great fellowship with Rotarians and friends!
