M1) Roasted duck breast, celeriac puree, baby carrots, red wine sauce
M2) Hong Kong style braised pork belly, garlic fried green peas, goji berries, crispy sprout salad
M3 VG) Spices pumpkin balls, green curry, coconut cream, fried basil leaves
Dessert:
D1) Pistachip cheesecake, white chocolate & rasberry sorbet
D2) Sliced seasonal fruit
