Appetizer:

Bisque soup, squid ink crostino, sour ricotta cheese

 

Main Course:

Opt.1: Mediterranean herb crush pork tenderloin, potato puree, pork jus

Opt.2: Steamed seabass, tom yum sauce Erawan fried rice

Opt.3: VGML/Stir-fry Chinese fruit and nut,deep fried tofu, steamed rice

 

Dessert:

Yoghurt and lemon cheese cake, mix berry, vanilla whipped ganache
