Dear Members of the Rotary Club of Bangkok

As you may know, the Rotary Club of Bangkok (RCB) has to pay twice a year a contribution to Rotary International (R.I.), which presently is US$ 30.00 per member and semester. The total due is calculated from the number of members as per 30. June 2017.

In order to avoid paying unnecessary dues, we would highly appreciate if you could inform us if you have the plan or intention to discontinue your membership at the end of this Rotary year (i.e. by end of June 2017). This would help us making the correct calculation of our semi-annual dues to
R.I. We apologise for raising this issue but we would like to avoid having to pay dues to R.I. for members who actually have left the club.

If we will have the benefit of your continuous membership, you do not need the reply; if we do not hear from you, we will happily assume that you will remain a valued member of our Club.

However, if you have to terminate your membership of RCB, please let us know as soon as convenient, in all event before June 15, 2017. You may report either to the the current Membership Committee with PE Dr. Urs as the chairperson (ursrotary@gmail.com) or to the Club
Secretary Rtn. Pornchai Wessatada (pornchai.wessatada@gmail.com) with a CC: to our executive secretary Khun Bing (rotarybangkok@gmail.com).

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation and we hope to receive no replies at all and everybody will remain member of the Rotary Club of Bangkok for the coming year.

Yours in Rotary

Dr. Urs D. Blum
(Membership Chair and President 2018)
