Soup:  “Tom Yum Seafood” spicy prawn and scallop soup with Thai herbs (photo for ref only)

Main Course:

M1)  Baked salmon tornedos, green pea puree, roasted eggplants white wine sauce (photo for ref. only)

M2)  Roasted pork tenderloin, herbs crust, cauliflower, mushroom jus (photo for ref. only)

M3 VG)  Funghi ravioli (photo for ref. only)

Dessert:

D1)  Pecan pie, maple custard (photo for ref. only)

D2) Sliced seasonal fruit
