Time: 12.15 – 13.30 hrs.
Where: Grand Hyatt Erawan, Residence 305

Topic: “Italy in the multilateral context and relations with ASEAN”  

Speaker: H.E. Paolo Dionisi, Italian Ambassador 

 

Menu:

Soup: Roasted cauliflower soup, truffle tuille, mortadella pralines

 

Main Course:

Opt. 1: Slow roasted seabass, grilled mix vegetable, quinoa & chickpea salsa salad, orange miso sauce

Opt. 2:  Sous vide tiger prawn, creamy risotto, parmesan cheese, herb oil

Opt. 3:  VGML/Vegetable Lasagna, vegetable, vegan cheese, bechamel, tomato sauce

 

Dessert: Olive oil sponge cake, mix berry, vanilla whipped ganache
