Appetizer:
Marinated yellowtails carpaccio, fennel salad, orange dressing, dill crouton

Main Course:
M1) Roasted Norwegian salmon tournedos, crispy rice cake, lemon sauce

M2) Handmade ravioli sun dried tomatoes-ricotta filling, chipolata sausage, cherry tomatoes, light pesto

M3) Crispy katsu eggplant, Japanese curry, root vegetables, steamed rice broccolini

Dessert:
D1) Dark chocolate & hazelnut souffle tart, orange sorbet

D2) Sliced seasonal fruit
